A new online system for managing Government investment in sporting facilities, SPRAOI, will go live on Monday 28 September. SPRAOI will replace OSCAR as the registration platform for the Community Sport Facilities Fund (CSFF), the Government’s principal funding programme for sports infrastructure.
Clubs and organisations who previously registered on OSCAR will have their registrations automatically transferred to SPRAOI but are being asked to check that their information remains accurate and up to date. Clubs and organisations that have not previously registered with the Department can register on SPRAOI from 28 September
To register or check your club's registration, go to www.gov.ie/sportscapital from 28 September to access SPRAOI, and any clubs requiring specific guidance can contact sportscapitalprogrammes@ccs.gov.ie.
Further details of the next Community Sport Facilities Fund, including eligibility criteria, funding levels, and application dates, are expected to be announced by the Department next week.
